Do you take vitamins or supplements?

Many of us take vitamins on a daily basis, did you know that there are Thousands of different vendors for the same exact formulation of vitamins on the market. Sometimes cheaper is way better, and sometimes it is better to take a deeper look at the product list on the labels. Sometimes there are a lot of things left out and you might miss out on the perfect one for your body. Sometimes there are formulas that are perfect for people with allergies, or with the lack of ability to digest certain types of nutrients properly. For instance, are you lactose intolerant? Are you allergic to different types of vegetables? What about Acid reflux, do you take medication for that. Did you know that the medicine made it harder for you to completely digest many nutrients? All of these factors can make a difference in what we need when it comes to supplemental dietary needs.
